Employed position (W-2) with full benefits. Six ORs. Ft. Walton Beach Medical Center (LB 247) is seeking a Level II Trauma Designation in fall of 2009. Currently there is no call, but beginning next year, call will rotate equally. CRNAs are medical directed and cardiac experience is preferred. Relocation and sign on bonus available.
