Description: SNW Critical Care - Evenings / Nights - 12hr
Responsibilities
1. Implements and documents the Nursing Process for age specific patient care delivery to include the complex patient/family. May function as Provider or RN-M based upon completion of competencies.
2. Participates in performance improvement/research activities. Participates in activities that promote improvement of patient care/patient SAtiSfaction. Expands/shares knowledge of nursing practice.
3. Functions as an active team member and demonstrates leadership qualities. Has met competencies for RN Provider and when appropriate has met competencies for RN-M within PCT CareModel.
4. Demonstrates and enhances professional growth and development, maintains and enhances clinical competency. Remains current in nursing practices.

Minimum Qualifications
Six (6) months of nursing experience is required. Current registered nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of Texas is required.

Skills
Validation of achievement of Level Two performance competencies and requirements of the position is required.
