Job Details: OB/GYN Clinic Manager

Description: Delphi Healthcare Partners, Inc. is seeking an energetic and dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of an OBGYN clinic in Virginia that will provide prenatal care.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain standards of care through management, development and evaluation of human, fiscal, material and environmental resources of the clinic. Serve as liaison between the clinic, Company and hospital.
• Work closely with corporate staff regarding the day-to-day operation and long term strategic goals for the clinic.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with and between patients, families, department staff, other hospital departments, other health care facilities and vendors.
• Diplomatically resolve hospital and physician issues. Ensure all patient concerns are handled correctly by recommending and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop, implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures.
• Identify revenue cycle improvement opportunities and develop action plans for workflow redesign to enhance performance.
• Monitor billing and collections process for the clinic.
• Ensure proper staffing levels for clinic is maintained at all times. Monitor patient flow through clinic to ensure appropriate utilization of physician and staff coverage.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing an OB/GYN or Prenatal Clinic. Must have proven leadership skills and exposure to all facets of clinical and business operations for a physician practice, including knowledge of billing/collections, technology, patient scheduling, hospital relations, clinic safety & privacy regulation/compliance, etc. Excellent communication, professional demeanor, and customer service driven work ethic required.
