a Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team!

The
pharmacist identifies, resolves and prevents drug-related
problems. Recommends and monitors patient drug therapy
and provides drug information. Interacts with patients,
families and other health care providers as appropriate
to assure continuity of services and to achieve desired
patient outcomes through safe, timely, cost-effective
drug therapy.
To be considered for an interview,
candidates must have a bachelor's degree or Doctor
of Pharmacy degree. ASHP residency preferred, but not
required. Hospital experience a plus.
Requires
licensure as Pharmacist in the State of Florida.
