Cottage Health System is seeking an experienced LVN to administer employee health services for our health system.
Responsibilities include administering the annual TB screening program, respirator fit testing program, and immunization programs .

Additional responsibilities include involvement in fit-for-duty evaluations, health surveillance, exposure evaluation and follow up, and management of work related injuries. Current LVN license is required and the ideal applicant will have a minimum of 2 years acute care or clinic experience.
