Ontario Breast Screening Program
London Regional Cancer Program The Mammography Technologist in the Ontario Breast Screening Program will report to the Manager of OBSP. The successful candidate will provide screening mammography in a busy environment as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Rate of Pay: $27.06/hour to $36.28/hour Hours of Work: Casual - Days/Evenings/Saturdays QUALIFICATIONS: • Currently registered with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario • Certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists an asset • Demonstrated skills and knowledge in mammographic procedures required with recent experience in mammography preferred • Demonstrated computer proficiency (Radnet and GE PACS) preferred • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with patients, visitors and staff at all levels • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple and changing demands • Accuracy and attention to detail • Proven ability to work independently and with minimal supervision • Interest in and commitment to continuing education programs • Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis • Ability to work flexible hours We foster a culture of patient and staff safety whereby all employees are guided by LHSC's Mission, Vision, Values and Code of Conduct.
