HSMG hospitalists effectively manage patients through the continuum of hospital care, often seeing patients in the E.R., following them into the observation, medical/surgical and critical care units and organizing discharge planning and post-acute care for delegated/contracted patients.

Requirements:
Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Practitioner or Internist licensed in the state of California. Must become Board Certified within two years of date of hire. ACLS required.
