Job Details: Physical Therapist

Description: Our world-renowned center is currently seeking an experienced physical therapist for our growing rehabilitation department at National Jewish Health.
This department combines all of the rehabilitation disciplines (OT, PT, RT and Speech). The caseload is mixed to include pediatrics to late adulthood; ORTHO, Pulmonary, & (PEDS) developmental.

Skills/ Requirements:
Key responsibilities include: To provide full performance Physical Therapy services to adult and pediatric patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation related documentation and communication utilizing physical therapy theory, sound judgment, and psychological and cultural sensitivity. Contributes to department education by acting as a consultant on clinical matters for other therapists, Exercise Specialists and Physical Therapist Assistants, as well as supervision of students and interns.

The ideal candidate will have:

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Experience: One to three years of related experience preferred.

- OR - Any equivalent combination of Education or Experience.

Special Skills: Proven interpersonal, communication, organizational and supervisory/delegation skills. Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Certification & Licensure:
- BCLS certification within 90-days of employment
- Current Colorado State License for Physical Therapy.
