Description:
Tulane University School of Medicine is conducting
a search for a Chair of Neurosurgery.
Candidates
need to be committed to building a department focused
on excellent clinical care, education and research.
The chair will also be charged with developing an affiliated
residency program within the first year at a satellite
location with identified sponsors.
Fellowship
training is preferable but not required. Candidates
should be committed to working within an active academic
department with clinical, teaching and research responsibilities
and have at least 10 years of clinical practice with
2 years of academic administrative experience.
