Job Skills/Requirements Develops and sustains an environment that supports excellence in clinical practice and the care of patients on the patient care unit. Plans and directs the operational, budgetary, and personnel activities of a designated area. Develops nursing policies and standards for the delivery the care. Focuses on customer service as it relates to patients, visitors, family members, staff and physicians including working collaboratively with other disciplines to ensure an efficient, team approach to the delivery of patient care. Reports to Nursing Administration. Manages RN, LPN, & Patient Care Technician Float Programs and all external and special programs. Requirements RN BSN with minimal 3 years clinical experience.
