As a team of physicians and health care providers we will continue to be recognized and accountable for the quality of our health care services, our caring staff, the strength of our educational programs and the efficient and economical way we deliver health care services. • Builds collaborative partnerships with employed and private physician groups, Hospital leadership, legal counsel, residency/fellowship programs and external resources. • Maintains current knowledge of national trends in physician recruitment and serves as a subject matter expert. • Aggressively markets and educates candidates (both internal and external) and customers regarding physician opportunities and the recruitment process. • Develops, implements, and evaluates innovative recruiting strategies with successful • Creates unique recruiting collateral and ads to effectively showcase Via health's physician opportunities. • Negotiates the terms of physician contracts in conjunction with the legal department. • Develops and implements physician orientation and retention programs that provide ongoing support. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration or related field is required. Also, a minimum of five years experience in Physician or Advanced Practitioner or Executive Recruitment with knowledge of the Healthcare Industry is required. The demonstrated ability to manage projects and negotiate contracts is a must.
