POSITION

-Reports to the Director of Fiscal Services
Supervises approximately 20 FTEs
-Manages, directs and coordinates successful operations of the revenue cycle, billing, and collections. Active leader in hospital revenue cycle committee.
-Qualified candidates must be collaborative, proactive, efficient and knowledgeable, change agents who have had exposure to hospital billing and revenue cycle management. MEDITECH and leadership experience, as well as a bachelor's degree are preferred.

-110-bed, Joint Commission accredited, not-for-profit, state-of-the-art hospital
-Specialty services provided include inpatient and outpatient care, diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitative services, patient and community education, as well as a full-range of specialty services through emergency, special care unit, surgical services, obstetrics & gynecology, and the psychiatric addiction & recovery center
-The healthcare system is the community provider and an integrated system that enables the organization to provide the best services to families within the region
