An excellent salary, commensurate with background and experience is available, in addition to relocation assistance.

POSITION

-Reports to the Administrator of Post Acute Care
-Responsible for approximately 55 FTEs and the overall management and oversight of home health services on two campuses, covering a 19 county area
-Qualified candidates will be registered nurses who are bachelor's prepared individuals with a solid background in the home health specialty in a large hospital setting. Private duty exposure is a benefit, business acumen is a necessity. Excellent follow-through and development skills, as well as exceptional relationship management skills and a strategic focus.

-This three-hospital system includes a 520-bed, not-for-profit, community medical center, as well as two critical access facilities in surrounding communities
