Job Details: Supervisor, Clinical Practice

 
Description: The Clinical Practice Supervisor is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day front-end operations of a Clinical Practice.
Working under the direction of the Department Administrator, Division Administrator, or Practice Manager, the Clinical Practice Supervisor is responsible for implementing and maintaining Foundation policies and procedures related to front-end practice operations, including such things as Ideal Patient Experience service standards and staffing models.

The Clinical Practice Supervisor is responsible for supervising the front-end staff in the Practice, and for performing in any of the related roles as staffing contingencies require. The Supervisor oversees the check-in, check-out, telephone and medical record processes; handles scheduling issues; addresses patient concerns; and participates in gathering information on customers' perceptions and preferences.
