Description: Division Administrator II - Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery
The Division Administrator II for Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of divisional administration including financial affairs, the Clinical Practice, human resources and various other issues. Under the direction of the Division Chief and Department Administrator, the Division Administrator is responsible for preparing and/or overseeing the preparation of budgets; performing financial analyses; assisting in the development of financial, production, compensation and operational targets and models; coordinating a wide variety of administrative matters; and collaborating in the development of business, strategic and marketing plans, The Division Administrator is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Clinical Practice and for ensuring that all Foundation policies and procedures are appropriately implemented, including those related to Ideal Patient Experience standards; staffing models; and patient care practices, protocols, and standards. The Division Administrator provides support in the provision of quality patient care, patient flow, and customer service. This includes ensuring that all relevant regulatory and other professional standards are maintained. The Division Administrator is also responsible for identifying and promoting ways to continually improve the quality and efficiency of the Division's and the Practice's operations, including gathering information on customers' perceptions and preferences.
