Description: Practice Manager - Dept. of Surgery Fund
The Practice Manager is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Clinical Practice. Working under the direction of the Department Administrator and the Clinical Practice Director, the Practice Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining Foundation policies and procedures related to all facets of practice operations, including such things as Ideal Patient Experience standards; staffing models; and patient care practices, protocols and standards. The Practice Manager provides support to the Clinical Practice Director in matters regarding the provision of quality patient care, patient flow, and customer service. This includes ensuring that all relevant regulatory and other professional standards are maintained. The Practice Manager is also responsible for identifying and promoting ways to continually improve the quality and efficiency of the Practice's operations, including gathering information on customers, perceptions and preferences. The Practice Manager should posses strong business and analytical skills. Preference will be given to candidate with MBA/RN.
