Practice Specifics: Seeking Geriatrician Physician(s)

Allina Medical Clinic-Coon Rapids is one of Allina's largest clinics with over 90 providers providing service in the following areas: Allergy, Athletic Trainers, Audiology, DEXA Scan, Diabetes Education, Dietitian, Endocrinology, ENT, Family Practice, Geriatrics, Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Laboratory, Mammography, Occupational Medicine, Ophthalmology, Optometry, Optical Shop, Orthopedic Surgery, Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine, Rheumatology, Ultrasound, Urgent Care, and X-Ray.
Admit to Mercy and Unity Hospitals, located just minutes from the Hospitalist clinic.
Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice with additional certification or Geriatric fellowship with experience advising elder patients in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of disorders common to the aging process.
Work with interprofessional teams in clinic and skilled nursing facilities, inpatient/outpatient consults and provide subacute care (clinic and hospital work is optional).
Minimal call requirement.
Part time options are available.
An electronic medical record system is utilized.

The Allina Medical Clinic is proud to offer a new Residency Stipend Program to qualifying second and third year residents ($1,000/month up to 18 months).
In addition, the Allina Medical Clinic is offering a generous relocation allowance to qualified candidates.
