Colorado RN licensure and current BLS required. RN's on the Behavioral Health unit are responsible for promoting the optimal health and well being of the patient through assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and supervising individual patient care. They must demonstrate superior interpersonal relations, while maintaining professional conduct at all times. Qualified candidates will be able to work independently and with a team. Two years of previous RN experience preferred. The adult Inpatient Behavioral Health unit at St. Francis Health Center is a 26 bed, 2710 accredited unit that encompasses a wide variety of staff, including: psychiatrists, RN's, mental health workers, case managers and unit secretaries. The unit's interdisciplinary staff is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care through their commitment to patient safety and the mentally ill.
