The Corporate Charge Description Master (CDM) Analyst is responsible for the technical abilities to provide direction in developing and maintaining systems, processes and work flows, for the timely and accurate recording of hospital revenue in regards to charge capture and maintenance of Centura's CDMs. Position provides education, implementation support and monitors designated facility CDMs for adherence to changes required by The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and other regulatory agencies. The position works directly with facility revenue integrity departments, charge audit, Decision Support, clinical departments and IT. The position has collaborative relationships with Patient Financial Services, Health Information Management and Compliance. Formal Education Required and/or Equivalent Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required. - Three years in Health Information Management or related HCPCS/CPT environment and/or three years in financial/healthcare reimbursement services.
