Great management opportunity to oversee general surgical unit. Practices personal accountability and leads staff to be personally accountable for the organizational mission and core values. Assumes twenty-four hour responsibility for the operations of the unit to ensure that quality patient care will be delivered.

Bachelor's degree required. CO RN license and five years experience in acute care setting required. Two years in leadership/management position preferred.
