Masters Degree
and Board Certification by the American Board of Medical
Genetics, 3-5 years of genetics counseling experience
required. Needs clinical background of disease process,
anatomy and physiology, genetic conditions and their
patern of inheritance. Skills in eval, couns, coping,
family interactions, verbal&written communications.
2-5 years experience in genetic counseling,
specifically cancer genetics
