Bachelor's Degree in IS, Computer Science, or related field. Equivalent work experience considered. Minimum of four years as an Application System Analyst/Programmer. Know- ledge of healthcare operations preferred. Organized, self starter. Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication. Must be able to work independently. Experienced with Lawson Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits modules. COBOL programming and Lawson Web (Java) development programming experience required. Proven ability to consult with key users on optimizing Lawson software to meet business needs. Experience in leading and managing projects through the full software development life cycle; from requirements to delivery/go live. Ability to support and trouble shoot incidents and problems.
