Position Description
Partners with medical staff to ensure quality and completeness of clinical documentation; facilitates modifications to support reimbursement and clinical severity is captured for the level of services rendered to patients with DRG based payors.

Registered Nurse Licensure required. Case Management experience preferred. UR, HIM, coding knowledge helpful. Excellent communication skills, computer skills & knowledge, critical decision making ability, organizational skills and multi-disciplinary collaboration skill.
