Description: Southwest Florida's leading provider of maternity care is seeking an innovative transformational leader for its Maternal Child Health Services.
NCH Healthcare System in Naples, FL is comprised of two hospitals with 636 licensed beds, and medical facilities throughout the region. With nearly 4,000 annual deliveries, the Birthplace on our North Naples campus has been awarded a five star rating from Health Grades and is recognized as the best in the region. The MCH Director will assume responsibility for the Birthing Center, consisting of state of the art facilities for the care of the pregnant woman and her family. Programs include Labor and Delivery, the Mother/Baby Unit, the Well Baby Nursery, the level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a 21 bed Pediatric unit and a 4 bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Director of the Pediatric Emergency Department and the center for gynecologic surgery to assure an integrated continuum of care women and children.

The Director will lead a team of highly skilled and motivated staff and managers to achieve superior patient care and satisfaction, as well as to develop the program. The successful candidate will join a peer group of committed to excellence in patient care and striving to achieve magnet status.

Qualified candidates must possess:
• Florida RN Licensure
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in maternal child health
• Hold an earned Master's degree from an accredited university in nursing, business administration, health care administration of maternal child health
• Have demonstrated ability to lead and to manage within complex organizations
