Job Details: Wound Care Center Program Coordinator

 
Description: Wound Care Center Program Manager
Responsible for the successful management, operations and overall success of a full service outpatient wound care facility. Responsibilities include operations, personnel, budgets, reimbursement, quality management, marketing and monitoring of treatment outcomes The Program Manager has responsibility and accountability for the satisfaction of patients, physicians, and staff while demonstrating sound fiscal management. Essential duties and job responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

•BSN or actively enrolled in a BSN Program
• 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience
• Knowledge regarding Wound Care, willing to grow and develop expertise in this area
• Passes fit to dive physical examination
• Attendance at/completion of Hyperbaric Course
• Strong customer service focus
• Experience developing a new/expanding role and program
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Good analytical ability to interpret data, knowledge of computers and database management
• Demonstrated ability to implement and support change
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
