Description: Florida Cancer Specialists seeks dynamic person to lead the ever-growing northern division. This position is responsible for the oversight of the operations of 5 clinics and the implementation of FCS policies.
Florida Cancer Specialists seeks an expert to lead our ever-growing northern division in the Tampa/St. Pete area. Dynamic interpersonal and organizational skills are required. This position is responsible for the oversight of the operations of at least 5 Hematology and Oncology medical and radiation clinics and the implementation of FCS policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have a professional demeanor able to direct, guide and motivate a diverse staff. Firm requirements for this position are a minimum 5 years healthcare operations management experience with at least 10 physicians including managing at least 3 clinic sites.
