Join our 10-physician
OB/GYN practice in Central Virginia, nestled in the
Blue Ridge Mountains. The call schedule will be 1:10
and is very conducive to a balanced life. We have a
4 day work week.
We practice out of one office
and deliver at only one hospital. Our physician-owned
office building has on-site ultrasound, DXA scan, lab
and mammogram services. While at our hospital, we are
supported by 24/7 in-house anesthesia and neonatology
services. We have a level III NICU. Our colleagues
in pulmonary and cardiology provide superior ICU coverage.
GYN oncologists from the University of Virginia consult
and operate with us one day a week.
Our practice
serves Lynchburg and its surrounding area with a population
of ~200,000. Lynchburg is an historic town with many
outdoor opportunities in the near-by Blue Ridge Mountains.
Hiking, biking, fishing and enjoying the mountain streams
are but a few of the activities you can enjoy. Smith
Mountain Lake is one hour away with sailing, power
boating and waterskiing.
Lynchburg is 2 hours
west of Richmond, VA, 3 hours south of Washington,
D.C. and 2 hours north of Greensboro, NC.
