Froedtert

The
RN Clinical Facilitator is responsible for facilitating
access to Froedtert Hospital and the Medical College
of Wisconsin for consulting/referring physicians and
appropriate patient transfers to Froedtert Hospital.
Requires a current Wisconsin RN license, Bachelor's
degree preferred. Minimum 7 years of nursing experience
required, 4-5 of which should be in an acute care setting.
Experience in a variety of clinical settings, including
an academic medical center and familiarity with the
services offered at Froedtert Hospital and the Medical
College of Wisconsin preferred. Prior utilization management
experience preferred.
