Interventional Pain Management has a full-time, weekday opening for a Nurse Practitioner in Portland, OR. The selected candidate's responsibilities include: comprehensive assessment, ordering, conducting and interpreting diagnostic tests, formulating a diagnostic impression, developing and implementing a treatment plan, monitoring the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, prescription of pharmacological agents for chronic pain management, and offering counseling and education to meet patient needs.

Qualifications:
- At least one year of Nurse Practitioner experience is required.
- Experience in pain management preferred.
- Licensed/certified or eligible in state of Oregon.
- Maintains DEA certificate and prescribing and dispensing privileges in Oregon.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
- Able to manage time and stress effectively, and adapt to unpredictable situations within the patient care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish preferred.

Salary competitive and commensurate with experience, health insurance, 401K, allowance for travel between hospitals, CME support. Relocation expenses negotiable.
