Description: Family Nurse Practitioner opening in rural clinic located in beautiful southern Oregon.
Applegate Valley Family Medicine LLC, is seeking a dynamic, team-oriented family nurse practitioner to join our nurse practitioner owned practice. The position is full-time at 4 days a week with the possibility of 1 day of the 4 days worked at various assisted living facilities. Office call is shared. Previous family practice experience preferred.

Southern Oregon is a beautiful area with close access to the beaches as well as the mountains. We are surrounded by forested foothills and the scenic Rogue, Applegate and Illinois Rivers. There are numerous activities for outdoor enthusiasts and museums, theater companies and several antique stores for the indoor enthusiast.
