NEW HOSPITAL UNDER CONSTRUCTION. It is not just on the drawing boards, it is actually being built to accommodate the population growth of this area. Employment opportunity - Brand New Office Facility are opening that will be home to an urgent care center and offices for two outpatient internal medicine specialists. This is where we need you. A huge need exists in this community that is growing so fast that the practice will draw patients from two high-growth counties. This brand new and highly visable office facility will be equipped with the latest in high tech digital imaging and lab facilities. The opportunity is to develop a true primary care practice that should grow quickly due to (1) general need in the area, (2) high population growth, (3) referrals from urgent care, (4) desirable progressive new medical office facilities, (5) new patients who will eventually utilize the new hospital facility needing fulltime outpatient internal medicine specialist care.

You will have the opportunity to develop traditional IM medicine with optional office procedures. There is flexibility in this area; cardiac, pulmonary diagnostics, and other subspecialty areas can be explored.

Refer patients to the hospital's established 24x7 hospitalist program for inpatient care.

As a result - there will be very little to no call for this practice after hours due to the utilization of the hospitalist program.

FINANCIAL OFFER
A very competitive base salary will be offered plus a bonus plan based upon individual productivity. Sign-on bonus, benefit package, and relocation.

The candidate we seek is one interested in an outpatient internal medicine practice, yet aggressive practice in nature, solid volume yet high quality of care, prodedurally oriented to provide comprehensive outpatient care in the outpatient setting before referring to the hospitalist service. A candidate who enjoys this local suburban lifestyle, and will become visable in the community to promote the practice development will be a big plus.
