There are 2 PA's in the practice and one takes call. The new urologist can join this practice or start his own. Either way the physicians and hospital are in full support. There is an extensive base from which to draw patient referrals to the new urologic practice. The hospital offers an income guarantee, relocation expenses and a comprehensive benefits package.
