with program physician leadership, participates in
managing the operational functions and the delivery
of safe patient care. Responsibilities include budgeting,
financial performance, systems development and operational
analysis and implementation. Will participate in the
hiring, mentoring and evaluation of staff.
Must
have demonstrated competency with computer applications,
such as scheduling, billing, EMR, budgeting, Microsoft
Office and Outlook. A Bachelor's degree or active pursuit
of degree preferred. A minimum of three years management
experience in a medical setting required. Experience
working in an emergency/walk-in care setting a plus.
