Description:
LEAD REGISTERED NURSE to join the Whole Health
Management team; a leading health care management organization
that manages on-site employee healthcare programs and
clinics. Its focus is on improved wellness and preventive
care.
The LEAD REGISTERED NURSE manages, supervises
and coordinates the operations of the Health Care Unit
along with the Physician Medical Director. Selects,
schedules and assigns work, adjusting hours and shifts
as necessary. Orients staff, ensures training and educations
needs of staff are met; also evaluates staff.
Oversees
the nursing care of all patients, providing direct
patient care. Participates in the development and modifications
of the clinic health services and programs.
Bachelor's
degree (BSN), state license and at least 3 years of
experience in concurrent clinical role in an emergency
room, occupational health clinic or other ambulatory
care clinic is required.
