Well-established premier primary care group
in Northern San Diego County is seeking Family Physician
with entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to the practice
of medicine. Practice adult outpatient medicine in
an energetic and welcoming team environment. Provide
traditional family medicine to adult (age 16+) patients.
An interest in dermatology, psychiatry, gynecology
or geriatrics is welcome. Physicians choose their own
schedules within a 4-1/2 day week. Call is 1:8 weekends
and 1 weeknight every 8 days (phone coverage only).
Your practice will be busy from the start.
The group sees new patients daily and the majority
of these patients will be shifted to the new physician.
It is the goal of the group to help the new physician
build a successful and busy practice; marketing assistance
will be provided. The new physician will be expected
to help build their business through networking, giving
talks and becoming involved in the community. The group
uses EMR (Medical Manager) and electronic prescribing.
Office procedures include EKG, stress testing, diabetic
retinopathy screening, nuclear cardiology, spirometry
and flex sig. Benefits include 401K, profit sharing,
health insurance contribution, CME and vacation. Competitive
first year income guarantee. Partnership considered
at the end of first year.
