7 on 7 off HOSPITALIST needed 1.5 hours from
NY City
IMMEDIATE NEED for HOSPITALIST w group 1.5
hours from NY City. Client's Internal Medicine HOSPITALIST
Program services 2 medium sized (170-200) bed hospitals
and has 12 hour shifts, 7 on and 7 off, and an experienced
Medical Director. They need to grow due to usage by
more of their primary care physicians. Looking to add
two more Internists in 08-09. NY licensed , Experienced
IM/HOSP preferred, for an immediate opening. Some ICU
management skills required. Not a visa opportunity.
In
2008, based on current numbers and adding 2, we will
have an average census of 20 or so daily, which will
get lower with our two new IMs.
Program requires
high energy individuals and strong medical skills.
Not a visa position unfortunately. Competitive base
salary plus incentives, paid malpractice, and health
insurance, $2500 CME.
Medium sized city located
between Albany and New York City, closer to the former
but easy access to both for restaurants, shows, concerts,
night life, etc. Much lower cost of living, real estate,
etc, and much safer, family oriented place, great schools
and school activities abound.
