Seeking two additional NCCPA-certified PA's to join existing PA and spine surgeon in growing practice. Exciting, state-of-the-art Spinal Surgery practice at a multidisciplinary comprehensive Spine Clinic utilizing cutting-edge technology for diagnostics and treatment of patients.

Looking for the right candidates who are bright, conscientious, hard-working, detail-oriented, well-organized and compassionate. Candidates must have commitment to quality and a caring personality. One-on-one working relationship with one supervising MD. Duties include responsibilities in office, hospital, OR and with patient education. Some flexibility allows PA to adjust workload to PA's lifestyle/home situation and innovative compensation package with base salary + 5 bonus programs directly reward effort, workload and skill. Excellent benefits package includes 401 K retirement plan plus yearly gift bonus from a profit sharing plan as well. Will train motivated and bright candidate, including recent grad.
