Description: Sunrise Health Region has an opening for a Temporary (Immediate to March 31, 2009) Full-time Manager of Building Services for the Yorkton facilities, in Yorkton, Saskatchewan.
The Manager of Building Services is accountable to the Director of Building Services, Area 1 and is responsible for the supervision of Building Services staff and the provision of maintenance services to three sites within the Sunrise Health Region in Yorkton. Construction project supervision experience is also required.

Qualifications/Experience:
• Saskatchewan Power Engineering Certificate - Second Class
• Supervisory training is a requirement
• Building Inspection training or related experience
• Fire, Emergency Preparedness and Occupational Health & Safety training
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in Management of Building Services
• Previous employment in maintenance and plant operations
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Computer skills should include: Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of building, fire, plumbing, electrical and pressure vessel codes and regulations is required
• Knowledge of equipment, building construction and renovations is required

Hours of Work:
• As per Full-time rotation
