MacNeal Hospital´s CBO is looking for a full-time Account Rep to join our team of professionals. This position will physically be located at Weiss Hospital, one of our sisters hospitals.
Performs quality patient accounting and customer service for patients, families, payers and health care team members. Reviews unpaid accounts to determine appropriate collection means.
Requires high school diploma or equivalent; 3 to 5 years of patient accounting experience; Insurance knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care and Commercial.
