Currently, our large Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC), located in the Bronx, seeks an Administrative Nurse Supervisor for our Womens Health Department.
You will supervise all nursing personnel in collaboration with the Administrative Nurse Manager and will participate in performance improvement and research activities. You will also define and implement a patient care delivery system that ensures quality and cost effective patient outcomes. We seek a proven motivator and problem solver with current RN licensure, a Masters degree in nursing (preferred) or related field, and at least 5 years of clinical and 2 years of staff management/charge nurse experience. Experience in Obstetrics/Gynecology and Reproductive Health is required.
