Currently we have openings for an Advances Directives Patient Representative in our Patient Relations department.
Responsibilities:
- Educating and assisting patients with advance directives
- Scheduling sign language interpreters for patients
- Compiling and reporting statistics for advance directives and sign language interpreters
- Monitoring Cyracom language phones
- All responsibilities include walking throughout the hospital
Requirements:
- HS diploma or GED
- Two years previous health care experience
