Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Level II required. LCSW or MFT required. Master�s degreefrom an accredited college in Psychology / Counseling / Behavioral Sciences. Minimum two (2) yearswork in the field of chemical dependency treatment. If recovering, must have three (3) years ofsobriety and maintain sobriety as a condition of employment. Current chemical dependency treatmentand relapse prevention. Consistently demonstrates the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviorsnecessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members, and tocustomers, contracted providers, and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge in chemical dependency in all populations. Current treatment ofchemical dependency assessment and treatment for adults and teens. Strong involvement in teenprogram. Current dual diagnosis treatment, knowledge of DSM-IV, diagnosis and multi-disciplinarytreatment team planning and implementation. Computer knowledge of MS Word, Access and ElectronicDocumentation.
