Provides occupational therapy services to patients including treatment plan implementation, patient/family education, discharge planning, and related documentation and communication as per department policy and procedure, state law and the AOTA code of ethics.
Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy. Certified by Kansas State Board of Healing Arts to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Kansas.
