Aspen Medical Group is a family of 8 clinics and 2 specialty clinics, and also a family of professionals with over 150 providers. Its a family founded on the principle that good medical practices should be the best business practices. This foundation has built a strong loyalty among patients, providers, clinical support, and business support staff. Responsibilities:
Responsible for facilitating the practices of 8 primary care providers and a contingent of specialist providers who rotate through the site including Optometry, Dermatology, Orthopedics, and OB/GYN. Provides direct Supervision to 18 staff, including all nursing and clerical functions and is accountable for a low complexity lab and imaging department.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
BA or BS preferred. **CURRENT MN RN LICENSE REQUIRED**
At least 5 years of progressive management in a group practice, with demonstrated leadership within the assigned site or business unit.
Experience working with and implementing an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Proven skills partnering with Physician leaders to define and support a clinic based multiple provider practice providing care in a diverse community.
Ability to effectively analyze care processes and develop and lead implementation of plans to improve patient care.
Professional nursing experience to assess and improve nursing practices.
Leadership skills including exceptional interpersonal, written and small group communications.
Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule:
Full time position (40 hours per week)
Day shifts (Regular clinic hours as well as occasional meetings before and after hours)
