Information Systems at Yuma Regional Medical Center provides the vision for planning, implementing, and maintaining technology for the organization. This includes telecommunications, data systems, and switchboard operations, to support of all healthcare providers and ancillary departments.
POSITION SUMMARY: The position is responsible for assisting the development of YRMCs decision support and published reporting strategy. Support leaders throughout the organization in their clinical database reporting needs facilitating operational, clinical, and strategic decision-making. Support application administrators with conducting system tests and data validation. Coordinates design, development, and interpretation of reports and is responsible for integration solutions between data sources and Crystal/Business Objects report writing tools.
Education Required: Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Education Preferred: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Clinical Care, or related field.
Experience Required: Experience working with clinical and patient support applications.
Experience Preferred: 3+ years previous experience designing reports using relational databases (RDBMS) with healthcare background/experience.
