Job Overview
In response to collected data, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care designed to meet the individual health and illness needs of complex patients and their families in collaboration with other disciplines. Carries out patient responsibilities independently with emphasis on providing nursing support for telephonic consults. Increased independence in intermediate leadership role in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing activities at the departmental or divisional level.
Exciting nursing role providing support to Community Physicians through After Hour Telephone Triage care for children from birth to 21 years. Strong keyboard skills required; must be competent with Windows based programs. Strong assessment and teaching skills required. This is an independent role that requires excellent nursing judgment and critical thinking skills. Must have access to high speed internet in your home, preferably Qwest.

Job Status: 20 hours per week, Benefit Eligible
Shift: Hours available are Monday-Friday 5 pm - 11 pm and 8 hour day/evening rotating shifts on the weekends. Must be available for holidays and occasional night shifts.
