Qualifications
1. CPR certified and maintain/renew every other year
2. PALS certified- must be certified during first year of employment in the CTO and maintain/renew certification
3. CCRC- certified after 2 years of full-time work as CRC in the CTO and maintains certification with continuing education requirements.
4. BSN-minimum educational requirement or CRC Certification
5. Skills Review- successful completion of annual review including but not limited to: safety, infection control, corporate compliance, violence in the work place video, cor cart, moc core demo, phlebotomy, intravenous insertions demo.
6. Curriculum Vitae- updated annually (January-year) and file appropriately
7. HIPPA 100,101,201,202,203 course completion and post test(s)
8. CITI course every 3 years
9. Certification for the shipment of Dangerous Goods and maintain every 2 years
10. Computer Skills- must be able to generate Word and Excel documents and/or acquire within the 1st 3 months of employment into CTO. Classes are offered through TCH throughout the year.
