Opportunity for impressive HR professional with a Bachelors Degree and 8 years plus progressively responsible work experience in Human Resources or closely related field. Preference given to individuals with extensive experience in a healthcare and/or physician practice setting.
Ideal candidates should have demonstrated success in the following areas:
Solid knowledge of personnel and labor laws.
Ability to work effectively with a variety of customers, possessing tact, discretion and diplomacy.
Detailed knowledge of all aspects of HR and general management theory and methods.
Ability to use initiative, be self-directed and use independent judgment.
Ability to analyze situations and problems and make decisions/recommendations based on fairness to parties involved and within the parameters of company philosophy.
