The Position
The Director of Acute Care will be responsible for overall operations of a four bed ICU and a 32 bed medical/surgical unit including telemetry
Oversees approximately 40 FTEs
Seeking a registered nurse with a bachelors degree and at least three years of management experience; masters degree preferred
The position will require a collaborative leader with strong mentoring and team building skills

The Organization
96-bed, non-profit community health center with The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval
Services include surgical services, obstetrics, nuclear medicine, diagnostic ultrasound, cardiac rehabilitation, cardiopulmonary, oncology, pediatrics and a sleep center
The organization has registered pharmacists available 24 hours a day, houses audiology and speech therapy services, and is affiliated with Hospice and home health programs
