THE POSITION:
The Director of the Cancer Resources Center reports to the Chief Operating Officer
Responsible for the overall operations of the Cancer Resources Center including radiation oncology, breast center, chemotherapy, pain management, palliative care and social services.
Ideal candidates will be trustworthy, with excellent technical abilities, strong leadership skills, business and budget savvy, provide stability and outstanding clinical knowledge. Masters degree required.
THE HOSPITAL:
This 310-bed, local, independent, community-focused, JCAHO-accredited hospital is on the road to Magnet status.
Services at the hospital include cancer care, cardiac care, hospice and home health, community outreach, womens services, diabetes services, OB/GYN, orthopedic services, inpatient and outpatient surgery, supportive health foundation, etc.
The hospital was the first in the area to offer a full-time patient navigator and their cancer program has been certified by the American College of Surgeons since 1976
